Multi-Pure values your privacy and the security of any information you may provide to us when visiting our public web site.

Multi-Pure requires all persons or entities visiting any Multi-Pure Internet sites to agree to the following terms and conditions. By accessing a Multi-Pure site, you confirm your agreement to and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Corrections and Modifications

Periodically Multi-Pure makes reference in its sites to the products, services, processes, hypertext links, or other information of third parties (hereinafter “Third Party Products”). Any user of a Multi-Pure server or site agrees to comply with any security processes and procedures (such as passwords) specified by Multi-Pure with respect to access to or use of a Multi-Pure site. Unless specifically authorized by Multi-Pure in writing, users of a Multi-Pure server or site further agree not to access or attempt to access any areas of or through the site that are not intended for general public access.

Any press releases, company news, or other materials contained on a Multi-Pure site reflect circumstances and conditions that existed as of the respective dates on which they were initially released, presented, or otherwise made.

No Advice
The information and materials contained on a Multi-Pure site are intended for informational purposes and are not intended to offer advice, legal, financial, or otherwise, about specific situations or problems. Multi-Pure encourages all visitors and users to obtain competent and professional assistance in all matters requiring such advice or guidance.

Failure to Comply
Multi-Pure reserves the right to terminate or restrict the access of any user or visitor to this or any Multi-Pure sites without notice should Multi-Pure determine that a user has violated (or is threatening to violate) any of these Terms and Conditions. Multi-Pure also reserves any and all remedies at law or equity in connection with violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law
Any disputes resulting from a visitor’s use of this or any Multi-Pure server or site shall be construed and enforced under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Visitors hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Henrico County, Virginia, and waive any objection to venue with respect to actions brought in such courts. In any dispute, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and cost from the non-prevailing party. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall in no way be affected or impaired thereby.

PRIVACY PRACTICES

Multi-Pure is committed to ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of its customers and visitors to the company's web site. As such, Multi-Pure utilizes industry-standard security measures to safeguard Internet transactions and communications.

Special Note About Children
Multi-Pure does not provide services to children and its web sites are not intended for children. Multi-Pure asks that minors not submit any personal information to Multi-Pure. If you are a minor, you can use this site or Multi-Pure's services in conjunction with a parent or guardian.

Non-Personal Identification Information Collection
While Multi-Pure's web servers automatically collect visitor domain names, they do not involuntarily collect personal identification information about visitors. The web servers gather information about the particulars of a visitor's visit through the Multi-Pure web site, such as the web page from which a visitor enters Multi-Pure's site, the pages within Multi-Pure's site visited, how long a visitor is on the site, and other such information that will help Multi-Pure evaluate and improve its site.

Personal Identification Information Collection
When visitors voluntarily provide personal identification information to Multi-Pure through the company's web site, such as when ordering services/products and accessing account specific or other profile information, Multi-Pure limits its use of such information to the purposes for which the information was provided. However, Multi-Pure reserves the right to use such information for marketing/product development research and other similar purposes and/or to contact a visitor regarding additional services/products such visitor may find useful. Visitors have the right to choose not to receive this information by notifying Multi-Pure of their preference.

Internal Disclosure of Information
Multi-Pure employees are permitted access to the information they require to perform their jobs and service customers. Multi-Pure maintains strict internal policies against the unauthorized disclosure or use of customer information.

Third Party Disclosure of Information
Multi-Pure does not sell or disclose personal identification information obtained on-line from visitors through the company web site to anyone outside of Multi-Pure and its affiliated companies unless (i) specifically authorized by a visitor; (ii) such disclosure is to a Multi-Pure business partner that can provide beneficial services to Multi-Pure customers and such business partner agrees to keep the information Multi-Pure provides confidential; (iii) required by law or a court or government agency of competent jurisdiction; or (iv) such disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of Multi-Pure customers, employees, or property.

Co-Sponsors or Co-Branded Products/Services
If a visitor provides personal identification information to Multi-Pure through a co-sponsored or co-branded site or feature, the visitor may also be providing the personal identification information to the co-sponsor. The visitor will be made aware of this before the visitor submits the information and the visitor can decide whether or not to participate. In the event the visitor submits the personal identification information, Multi-Pure shall not be responsible for the use of such information by the co-sponsor.

Unsolicited E-mail
Multi-Pure does not send unsolicited "junk" e-mail (spam). However, the company does use e-mail to communicate with customers and respond to visitor inquiries, confirm orders placed online, and send information requested by visitors through the company's web site. Any visitors receiving unwanted e-mail from Multi-Pure should contact the company and advise of their desire not to receive future e-mails and/or request removal from Multi-Pure's e-mail list. As soon as reasonably practicable, Multi-Pure will remove such visitor from the company's e-mail list.

Cookies
Multi-Pure's web sites may use "cookies" to improve the level of service to visitors. Cookies are lines of text that are transmitted to a web browser and stored on the visitor's hard drive. When the visitor returns to the Multi-Pure web site the cookie is transmitted back. Cookies provide a way for a server to recall a previous request or registration, or to keep track of a transaction as it progresses thereby eliminating the need to repeat the information previously provided. A cookie can only be accessed from the web site that placed it on the visitor's system. The cookies used by Multi-Pure do not collect personal identification information and Multi-Pure does not combine information collected through cookies with other personal information to determine a visitor's identity or e-mail address. Cookies are commonly used on web sites today and should not harm any system upon which they are transmitted. Browsers can be configured to notify visitors when cookies are about to be received and provide visitors with the option of refusing cookies.

Future Privacy Policy Modifications
Multi-Pure is continually trying to improve the services it provides customers and the experiences of visitors to the company's web site. As such, Multi-Pure may expand its capabilities for obtaining information about visitors in the future. Thus, Multi-Pure reserves the right to revise its Privacy Principles as required by advances in technology or other changes in the collection of information through the internet.
