LIFETIME WARRANTY on Stainless Steel and Plastic Housing

For models using stainless steel or plastic housings, the housing (canister) is warranted for use for the lifetime of the unit and will be repaired or replaced at NO CHARGE. Please note that this product warranty is dependent upon the owner replacing the filter at regular intervals of no less than once a year.

12-MONTH WARRANTY on Accessories

All exterior hoses and attachments are warranted for use for 12 months from date of purchase, and will be repaired or replaced at NO CHARGE.

Multi-Pure® Drinking Water Systems are made of Food and Drug Administration-approved materials. Multi-Pure® Systems are designed to be used on treated water systems; they are not intended to be used where the water is microbiologically unsafe or with water of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the unit. The Multi-Pure® System may be used for cyst reduction on disinfected waters that may contain filterable cysts.

Multi-Pure warrants its stainless steel and plastic system housings to be free of defects in material and workmanship for use under normal care for the Lifetime of the unit. Multi-Pure® filters (cartridges) are warranted for defects in material and workmanship for use under normal care. For optimum performance, filter cartridges require periodic replacement dependent upon use, type, and level of contaminants in local water; therefore, it is recommended that filters be replaced annually or sooner if needed.

Shipping costs of defective or returned products is the responsibility of the Customer. If the parts are determined to be faulty or defective, Multi-Pure will pay for outgoing shipment of replacement parts and products. Any satisfaction guarantees are the responsibility of our Wholesale Customer.
